Business + Talent is about connecting the talented young professionals who live, work or do business in Evanston with the vibrant business community of Evanston. The Business + Talent Committee is about finding opportunities to support young professionals, students and entrepreneurs in their careers by giving them opportunities to learn marketable skills and meet successful business leaders. The Business + Talent Committee is about supporting businesses to attract and keep their young talent and showcase the benefits of being located in Evanston. YPE will be sponsoring events, programming and other opportunities for showcasing businesses as well as growth opportunities for next generation of business owners and operators.

Voice + Action is about encouraging the young, talented and creative professionals who live and work in Evanston to get involved and give back to the community. It is about giving everyone the opportunity to have a voice and be heard. It is about shaping the future of Evanston and preparing the next generation to be leaders in the community. YPE will provide events, committees, and accessibility to volunteering opportunities, city council meetings and important issues, as well as educating and mentoring the next generation.

Events + Info is about providing the opportunity for young professionals to develop skills, talk about a hot topic and also get to know their talented peers. From listening to how an entrepreneur turned their passion into a business, to learning when to order what type of wine, the Events + Info Committee is committed to hosting events that have value and information as well as fun. The Events + Info Committee is about being an information source for what is happening and what people are talking about in Evanston. We'll shamelessly advertise upcoming YPE events, but we'll also tell you what else is going on around town.
